Each row is one week of new Facebook leads: what we spent that week, and what those same leads went on to book and close since (even weeks later). It shows which weeks’ ads paid off. A recent week can still grow: its leads are still being worked.

What the numbers say
This month: expected (paid in Stripe + open GHL invoices + recurring GHL invoices still to go out + new deals + usual monthly payers)
Open invoices in GHL
Recurring GHL invoices still to go out this month
New deals: paid vs. agreed
Owed, not invoiced yet (typed here, e.g. CrowdFlow deals)
A deal paid over several months: add one line per payment with its month (e.g. $3,000 due November, $3,000 due December). A line counts in “Still expected” once its month comes. What they pay in Stripe after you add it, and any open GHL invoice for them, comes off on its own, so nothing is counted twice. Use their full name or email so they can be matched. Card numbers are never saved.
📞 Agreed on calls vs paid (last 45 days of sales calls)

CrowdFlow clients: money in and still owed
Paid = CrowdFlow’s Stripe plus CrowdFlow payers in PJC’s. Owed = open GHL invoices and monthly recurring invoices in CrowdFlow’s GHL. Grouped like the weekly meeting’s CrowdFlow list.
